Kaikukortti issuers

Kaikukanta 2.0 was launched on January 29, 2025.

Activating the OmaKaiku System for a Customer and Mobile Kaikukortti:

A Kaikukortti user can view information about their card usage in the OmaKaiku system and browse offers available for Kaikukortti holders, provided that cultural and sports venues have made them visible. The Kaikukortti distributor can activate an OmaKaiku account for the customer. The customer must have a personal email address, which they will use to log in to OmaKaiku. Kaikukanta users do not have access to the OmaKaiku system.

Activating a mobile Kaikukortti requires enabling the OmaKaiku system. Once activated, the customer or organization representative can download the mobile Kaikukortti from the Google Play or Apple Store app store if they wish. The OmaKaiku system can also be used without a mobile Kaikukortti.

Once the Kaikukortti distributor has activated an OmaKaiku account for the customer or organization representative, they can log in to the OmaKaiku system at: https://omakaiku.fi.

Brand New Kaikukortti:

• If a customer or organization wants a mobile Kaikukortti in addition to the physical Kaikukortti, fill in the details for the physical card as usual and activate OmaKaiku.
• If the customer wants only a mobile Kaikukortti, enter X in the Card number field, fill in all details as usual, and activate OmaKaiku. The customer must not have a physical card in this case.
• If an organization wants only a mobile Kaikukortti, enter Z in the Card number field, fill in all details as usual, and activate OmaKaiku.

Modify Kaikukortti:

• If a customer or organization wants a mobile Kaikukortti in addition to the physical Kaikukortti, find the existing Kaikukortti in Kaikukanta, update the details as usual, and activate OmaKaiku.
• If the customer wants only a mobile Kaikukortti, they must give up their physical Kaikukortti. Find the existing Kaikukortti in Kaikukanta and inactivate the card. Then, create a completely new card. Enter X in the Card number field, fill in all details as usual, and activate OmaKaiku
