Kaikukortti publications

The impacts and significances of Kaikukortti have been examined through surveys directed at the cardholders, the card issuers and the participating cultural venues.

Based on the surveys, Kaikukortti has had a positive impact on the cardholders’ lives. For example, actors in the social welfare, healthcare and wellbeing sector have stated that Kaikukortti has served as an easy and much needed tool for social rehabilitation. According to employees of the cultural organizations, Kaikukortti, for example, brings in new audiences and enhances the accessibility of their services.

The Culture for All Service has conducted two surveys in the Espoo locality (in 2015 and 2016) and two surveys in the Kainuu locality (in 2016 and 2017). Surveys have also been carried out in localities where Kaikukortti is being piloted, in Lappeenranta in 2017 and in Oulu in 2019.
