Good practice

The Kaikukortti model won the Talentia (Union of Professional Social Workers) 2018 Good Practice Award (media release in Finnish).

Kaikukortti serves as a good example of co-development: The Kaikukortti support and development service has built the Kaikukortti model together with actors in the cultural, social welfare, healthcare and wellbeing sectors and the focus group. The model has been revised based on feedback gained on the Kaikukortti pilots and established activities.
