Can I get the card?

You can get a Kaikukortti card if

• you are a client of any of the social welfare or healthcare units that issue the card.
• you can’t, due to financial constraints, afford entrance tickets or course places, and
• you are at least 16 years old.

Kaikukortti is always for personal use. The cardholders can also obtain free tickets for their under 16-year-old children or grandchildren to events that they will attend themselves.
